Expertise – The Analyst
We prepare and facilitate JAD sessions and interviews with key users as well as with MIS/IT personnel via appropriate question/answer techniques. Modeling techniques such as UML or Yourdon's approach are utilized to produce effective and detailed business requirements along with functional specifications. The current business processes will be documented by the Analyst, and business process changes will be recommended and implemented along with system migration or other implementation activities. If requested, the Analyst will lead an RFP effort and a subsequent vendor selection process, as well as provide assistance with contract definition and negotiation.
